The service
PayStubGenerator formats the payroll information you enter into a pay stub PDF. One pay stub using a free template downloads at no cost. Premium designs and multi-period bundles carry a one-time fee shown before checkout. There is no subscription.
Lawful use only
Create pay stubs only for wages that were actually earned — for example, to reconstruct a record you lost, or as a small employer documenting real payroll. Using this tool to fabricate or overstate income in order to obtain credit, housing, benefits, or employment is fraud, and it is a misuse of this service. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Not payroll, tax, or legal advice
Calculations are estimates based on current federal brackets, FICA rates, and published state rates for a standard W-2 employee. They do not account for every local tax, benefit election, pre-tax deduction, or garnishment, and they are not a substitute for a payroll provider or an accountant. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and produce.
Refunds
Paid PDFs are generated and delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final. If a download failed or the document is wrong because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
